Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We process orders for shipping the same day they're received, but because we
keep our inventory levels low (which reduces our overhead and allows us to pass along
great savings to you), there may be times when we cannot ship until more product
has come in. In those instances, we ask that you allow allow 1-2 weeks for delivery within
the U.S. (4-6 weeks outside of the U.S.).
Returns
Full Refunds
New and unopened items may be returned to Tokyo Mokyo within 30 days of delivery for
a full refund. Items such as CD's, Videos, games, tapes, and software, that have been
opened and/or removed from their plastic wrap, but are defective will receive a full
refund or an exchange.
Partial Refunds
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, items that have obvious
signs of use, items that are not returned in the condition they were sent, and items
such as CD's, videos, games, tapes, and software that have been opened and/or removed
from their plastic wrap, will be issued a partial refund.
Refunds
Please allow up to four weeks from the time you give your return package to your shipping
agent for your refund to arrive. Although most refunds will be recieved sooner, four weeks
allows for the amount of time it takes for your shipping agent to get your return package
to us, for us to process your return package, and for the bank to process our refund request.
